Mark T. Blake, J.D., LL.M. from 1999 – 2007 he served as Vice President and General Counsel for Swisher International, Inc, a company co-owned by Wayne Huizenga and Steve Berrard. Previously, he served as corporate counsel for two companies in the southeast. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s franchise, litigation, and business law sections and is admitted to the Florida Bar, Texas Bar, United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the state of Arizona, U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. Presently he is in private practice representing Florida businesses and providing asset protection services to individuals and businesses.
